

Tomas Paz Estrada was born January 28th, 1949 to Leon and Amalia Estrada in Ciudad Victoria, Tamaulipas, Mexico. He passed away on November 9th, 2025 surrounded by his loving family at his home in Broomfield, Colorado.
His family migrated from Mexico in 1951 when he was seven years old. The Estrada family first settled in Brighton, CO and eventually permanently settled in Thornton, CO.
Tomas was a laborer, cement mason, and carpenter by trade for 43 years and had a part in constructing Colorado’s most beautiful structures.
Tomas is survived by his wife Paula of 56 years; son, Robert; daughters, Elizabeth, Kathy, Melody, Guadalupe, and Solidad; 20 grandchildren; 25 great grandchildren; and his siblings, Elida, Leon Jr, Mary, Manuel, and Robert. He is preceded in death by his father Leon and mother Amalia; his son, Tommy; brothers, Juan and Jose; and sisters Hermalina and Eva.
A visitation will be held on November 20, 2025, from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Olinger Crown Hill Mortuary, located at 7777 West 29th Ave, Wheat Ridge, CO 80033. A Recitation of the Rosary will start at 6:00 pm.
Funeral Mass is scheduled for November 21, 2025 at 11:00 am at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Parish, 11385 Grant Dr, Northglenn, CO 80233. A committal service will follow at 1:00 pm at Olinger Crown Hill Cemetery.
