Velma was born October 14, 1922 in Merriman, Nebraska. She was born and raised in Nebraska and was proud of being a Nebraska farm girl. Velma enjoyed cross words and puzzles. She loved spending time with her family and having them to visit. She is survived by her son in law James Billinger; grandchildren: David Moody, Jimmy (Priscilla) Billinger, Tim Billinger, Cindy Johnson and Kevin (Sherri) Billinger; numerous great and great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Paul, son Michael Moody, daughter Sandra Billinger, daughter Sherryl Moody and grandson Michael Lance Moody. Funeral service will be Friday, March 30, 2018 at 10:00 AM in the Olinger Crown Hill Chapel of Peace.
