Veronica didn’t just live life—she did the absolute most, every single day. She was the fiercely loving mom to Triniti (her partner in fun) and John (her freestyling sidekick). She was Gigi to her sunshine, Qutize, who was basically her little shadow and greatest joy. She was the devoted daughter to JoAnn and Jesus Davila (aka the people who created all this chaos), the loyal sister to Erica, Stephanie, Jesse, and Alexis (who still can’t believe she always had to be the loudest). She was also the most dramatic, most loving hauntie, soul mother to Dee, Elexa and many more and a friend who would out-laugh, out-dance, and out-talk everyone in the room. Oh, and let’s not forget—the unapologetically extra pet mom to Angel Baby and Gloria. Those dogs lived better than most people.
If you ever got a gift from Veronica then you know she was the Best Gift Giver Ever. The rest of us might as well have handed out socks. Holidays were just no competition when it came to the perfect gift. She was our hype woman, and professional mood lifter. She showed up for you—loud, always on time, and with enough energy to fill a stadium.
Her work life? Sure, her title was Territory Manager at 2020 Companies, but let’s be honest: whatever job she had, she somehow ended up in charge. Didn’t matter if she just started—she’d still be running the show. Her real title? Professional Hype Woman. Full-time Party Starter. CEO of Doing the Most!!
Her life motto was simple: “Smile" and if you didn’t, she’d clown on you until you cracked one. Then she'd make you crack up about cracking up. She could turn a boring Tuesday into a comedy club, and if you were too quiet, she’d make you her next target in the best way. People told her their secrets because she felt like home.
Veronica’s smile, her jokes, her loud love, and her “too muchness” left fingerprints everywhere. She was bold, she was extra, she was unforgettable. And if you’re sitting here crying too long, she’d probably roll her eyes, grab the mic, and say, “Enough already. Turn the music up and let's light up.”
So in her honor, keep her words alive:
“SMILE"
With Gratitude
The family of Veronica Davila thanks you for your love, prayers, and stories. If you’re laughing while remembering her, you’re doing it right.
A Note from Veronica (Because You Know She’d Have the Last Word):
“Listen up. Don’t just sit there all sad. Play my songs, pour a drink, and tell the funniest story about me you know. And don’t you dare mess it up—I will come back and roast you in front of everybody.
Most of all… Smile. Don’t forget to make someone smile today.” 💛
A Celebration of Life will be held Thursday, September 4, 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Olinger Crown Hill Mortuary (7777 West 29th Ave, Wheat Ridge, CO 80033).
