He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Ramona; children, Nickie (Warren) Wegner and Kevin Thaete; grandchildren, David Wegner, Teresa Thaete and Brad (Katie) Thaete; and great-granchild, Tylan.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Victor and Ella; and daughter-in-law, Sue Thaete.
A Visitation will take place on Wednesday, September 10, 2014 from 9-10 am, followed by a Funeral Service at 10 am, both at Olinger Crown Hill.
