Born in McKees Rock, Pennsylvania, Wayne lived a life marked by resilience, humor, and deep love for his family. Over the years, he held various occupations, always providing for those he cared about and meeting life’s challenges with strength and perseverance.
Wayne was best known for his sharp wit, warm presence, and love of playing poker—a pastime he enjoyed not just for the game itself, but for the camaraderie it brought. Whether gathered around a table with friends or relaxing at home with loved ones, Wayne made everyone feel welcome.
He is survived by his beloved son, Steven Reber, granddaughter Hope Reber and his dear sister, Anne Shelton. Wayne’s spirit will be remembered through the laughter, stories, and moments he shared with those who knew and loved him.
A wake will be held in his honor at the Reber home on Sunday, July 27, 2025, at noon. All who knew Wayne are welcome to attend and celebrate his life.
