She is survived by her spouse, Coong Vay Phu; her children, Anita Phu and husband, Aluck Onemanivong, Paula Phu, and Calvin Phu; her parents, Xiong Zhen Xu and Zhen Ri Lu; her siblings, Van Long Hy, Shirley Xu, Wen Zhong Xu, Wen Yan Xu, and Wen Biao Xu along with many nieces and nephews.
Wen Ying will be missed for her bright personality, generosity, and kind heart that touched everyone that she met.
