We received the news that Alfred had a high risk for Trisomy 18 and that he was at high risk to not make it to birth. We kept our faith and prayed to meet our son every day as he made his strong kicks and presence known. He was a strong fighter! We are so grateful for the chance to have met our little Saint and to have held him for his four beautiful hours of life. He will forever be in our hearts and prayers.

A private funeral service will be held for close family and friends.
