Caleb Andrew Tanner, age 27, of Roseville, lost his long battle with addiction on Monday, October 11, 2021. Left to cherish his memory are his parents: Mindy (Jason) Theis, and David (Marsha) Tanner; his brother, Cameron Theis; his grandparents: Brenda (John Werner) Henry, Lewis (Allyn) Henry, and George (Teresa) Tanner; his great-grandmother, Winifred Henry and many more aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Caleb was born on June 26, 1994, in Pontiac, the son of David Tanner and Mindy Theis. After graduating from Walled Lake Northern High School with the class of 2013, Caleb worked as a carpenter for several years, and recently began the Michigan Regional Council of Carpenters apprenticeship program. In his free time, Caleb loved to draw, and had a great passion for both art and music.
Caleb was preceded in death by his girlfriend, Meghan Elizabeth Hilden; and his great-grandparents: Patricia Andersen, Charles O’Connor, Fredrick “Skip” Henry, and Mary Munson.
In accordance with Caleb’s wishes, cremation will take place. As his family mourns the loss of their son, brother, and grandson, they want to extend comfort to those who knew Caleb during his struggle with substance abuse.
