

Charles Moser, age 80, of West Bloomfield; passed away on January 22, 2011, after a courageous battle with Alzheimer’s. Mr. Moser was a financial Planner as well as an avid runner and health enthusiast. He proudly served in the US Army during the Korean War as a Paratrooper along with playing football. He graduated from MSU, loved Dixie Land Jazz and boxed in Detroit in his younger years. He will be sadly missed. Beloved husband of Jean Rae Moser, who preceded in death on December 24, 2009; proud father of Michael Moser, Jeffrey (Julie) Moser, Lori Jean (Harvey) Donohue; caring grandfather of Connor James Donohue and Frances. The Funeral Service will be Wednesday, January 26, 2011, at 11:00 a.m. at the Union lake Chapel of the Elton Black & Son Funeral Home, 1233 Union Lake Road, White Lake. The Visitation Hours will be Tuesday from 2 until 8 p.m. and on Wednesday from 10 a.m. until the time of service. Interment and Military Honors will be at Oakland Hills Memorial Gardens, Novi. Memorial envelopes will be available at the funeral home for Alzheimer’s Association.
