

Dolores T. Carter, age 95, of White Lake, was born October 6, 1926 in Detroit and passed away October 30, 2021 in West Bloomfield. Loving mother of Carol (Tony) Schultz, Vicki Pattalena, and Rand (Elizabeth) Carter. Treasured grandmother of Sarah Schultz, Jeffery (Katrina) Schultz, and Julia (Tim Kaufman) Williams. Cherished great-grandmother of 7. Dear sister of Geraldine Davidge and Anthony LeFevre. Proud aunt of many nieces and nephews. Dolores was preceded in passing by her loving husband, Raymond Carter; her parents, Edmund and Agnes LeFevre; and her siblings, Agnes "Lucky" Coapman, Frances Payton, Rita Seal, Eileen Lewandowski, Edward LeFevre, Robert LeFevre, Patricia Rich.
In her free time, Dolores could be found reading a book, or working in her garden. She was a great cook, and enjoyed making meals for her family and friends. Dolores was also an avid bowler. She enjoyed playing cards and Pinochle with her friends at the 50-Up Club. Dolores was a devout Catholic, and a parishioner at St. Patrick Catholic Church in White Lake for many years. She was a wonderful woman who will be dearly missed.
Visitation will be held Friday, November 5, 2021 from 3:00pm until 8:00pm at the Union Lake Chapel of the Elton Black & Son Funeral Home, 1233 Union Lake Road, White Lake. Funeral Mass will be held Saturday, November 6, 2021 at 11:00am (In State 10:00am) at St. Patrick Catholic Church, 9086 Hutchins Road, White Lake. Burial at All Saints Cemetery, Waterford.
Memorial Contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
