Loving wife to the late Dennis Shearer, dear mother of Nicole Shearer-Rollison, Stephanie (Kenneth) Heft, and the late Dennis W. Shearer Jr; very proud grandmother of Justin (Chelsea), Kaitlyn (Jacob), Alexandra (Andrew), Nicolas and Jack (Madison), Great grandmother to Landon, Hayden, Levi, Lachlan, Grayson and Emberlynn; sister of Harold, Mark (Eileen), Kurt (Mary) and Michelle. She is survived by many nieces and nephews whom she loved spending time with.
Donna was a light to those around her, and she loved nothing more than spending time with her family and friends. From the wonderful years she was with her loving husband, Denny, to the many years as a bus driver where she created lifelong friends and memories. She is survived by her lifelong friend Jackie Leahy and her “favorite” daughter Lizz Smith. In the most recent years, she loved spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She has created the best memories that will be passed along for years to come.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be to the Alzheimer's Association, or The National Institute of Mental Health NIMH in Donna's honor.
A memorial Mass will take place on Friday, November 6th, at St. Patrick Catholic Parish Church located at 9086 Hutchins Rd, White Lake, MI 48386. An in-state hour will begin at 10:00am until the start of Mass at 11:00am.
