

Lee was born on June 8, 1951, to Ernest and Sylvia Lamerson. He grew up in Oakland County, Michigan and graduated from Walled Lake Central High School. A proud veteran, Lee was drafted into the military during the Vietnam War, where he was awarded the National Defense Service Medal and the Army Commendation Medal for his service. After his military career, he worked as a dedicated machinist for 35 years.
A true lover of life, Lee was an avid outdoorsman who cherished time spent in nature. He also had a great passion for music, movies, and television. He will be remembered for his steadfast presence and loving spirit.
Lee is reunited with his beloved wife, Carol Lamerson; his parents, Ernest and Sylvia Lamerson; his sister, Jean Nelson, and her husband, Don Nelson; and his sister, Romaine Weatherly, and her husband, Ronald Weatherly.
He is survived by his daughter, Jamie Lamerson, and her husband, Calib McFeeters; his sister Mac Tweed, and her husband, Dean Tweed; and his sister Deborah Lamerson. He also leaves behind several loving nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A celebration of Lee's life will be held on Saturday, September 6th, at the home of Mac and Dean Tweed in Gladwin, Michigan.
