Florence E. Morelli, age 89 of White Lake, formerly of Southfield, passed away on Saturday, January 30, 2021. She was born in Detroit on March 17,1931 to Vincent and Corinne Tripoli. She was the beloved wife of the late Michael; loving mother of Ron (Becky), Pat (Jim) McNeff, JoAnn (Willie) Munro, Dan (Mary Anne), Larry (Nancy), Kenny (Sandy), Joe (Lisa) and Marilyn (Steve Jenkins) Morelli; proud grandmother of 22 and great-grandmother of 18; sister of Lorraine Rossi and Adeline Spiker. She was preceded in death by her husband Michael and her siblings: Mary Lanza, John, Andy, Joe and Al Tripoli. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Florence was a member of St. Patrick Church. Before retiring she enjoyed working at the Southfield Library. She liked playing cards in her bridge club, gardening and especially spending time with her grandchildren. Florence will be missed by her family and friends. Due to covid-19 restrictions the family will have a private funeral mass at St. Patrick Church in White Lake, MI. Entombment will be in Holy Sepulcher Cemetery in Southfield, MI. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital or Capuchin Soup Kitchen.
