Family and Friends.
Wishing you peace in your quest to find meaning in the unthinkable. Perhaps that meaning is found not in the life that was lost but rather in the life that was lived.

While we cannot be physically present, we are with you in love and grief.

Indeed Fred was an extraordinary man.
Abundant love. Doug Berg and Joani Miszak

As a former math student of Mr. Fry, I can say unequivocally that he was "one of the good ones." The 70s were a pretty rowdy time for students, but he always spoke considerately to all of us and made math a subject that was tolerable even to those who thought of it as their worst subject. He always had a smile and a friendly face. A teacher and man who deserved respect and was given it consistently. I am so glad to hear that he had a rich, well-rounded and very full life surrounded by tremendous friends and family. We all know that he deserved nothing less.

My condolences and deepest sympathies to his family and friends. Mr Fry was such a great mentor. He was one of the teachers/coaches that changed the trajectory of my life. I was in his Beecher jr. high Algebra class. I remember him explaining to me how it is important to develop and discover your interests. I remember he told me he had a bait shop open during summer break as an example. He was an energetic teacher and expected his students to live up to their potential in his class. I am very thankful he had a talk with me at a low point during my childhood and he truly cared about his students. Very blessed to have known him. Rest In Peace Mr. Fry.
