Gavin was a great person and especially a great friend. He was always making everyone happy and turning bad times into good times. He always laughed at everything, he was there when i fell off my hoverboard and hurt my foot and even though it hurt i couldn't help but laugh at what Gavin was saying. i miss you so much Gavin.

We send Gavin's family our most heartfelt condolences. I remember helping out in the Kindergarten once a week and I have never forgotten Gavin. He was so precious, sweet and kind. He had such beautiful and soulful eyes. Knowing that he lost his mother so early in life gave him a special place in my heart. He carried on through Kindergarten so bravely though a grief no young child should ever have to know.
Rest in peace, sweet boy....you were so lovable and so loved.

Growing up with Gavin through elementary and middle he was always such a happy person! That’s what I loved most about him. Not only did he light up any room he entered but he also put others first. He would ask people for hugs if they needed one or just if they were okay. Gavin you were an amazing friend and I won’t forget you or any of the memories we had!❤️

Gavin was only my in my life for 2 years but he made the worst classes some of my favorites, i sat in the back of the classes with him in 6th grade social studies and we would just talk the whole time and we would see who the teacher liked more by asking to go get a drink and the teacher always let me go and not him and in 7th grade he would flip books or sit in the recycle bin and even when he got sent in the hall he would make faces at me and some other people in the class and we used to fight about who would get the best book club job in english, he was one of the funniest and nicest people i knew, he helped me with a lot of things and i will never forget him💔🕊🙏🏼
