Glen Winfield Warner

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Glen Winfield Warner, who was 94 years old. He was a beloved husband, father, son, brother, uncle, and friend. Glen peacefully passed away on July 28, 2026, leaving behind a legacy of love, loyalty, and dedication to all who were fortunate enough to have known him.

Glen was born on August 23,1931, to the late James and Bessie (Abner) Warner. He developed a deep affection for building and woodworking, which became a lifelong passion.

Glen was married to the love of his life, Sono Warner, for many wonderful years. Together, they built a life filled with laughter, love, and unwavering support.Their pride and joy were their dogs-Harvey, Winfield and the other loyal companions they adored.

Glen was renowned for his quick wit and warm heart. His presence illuminated any room, and his affection for his friends was evident in all his endeavors. He lived life with purpose and passion, whether he was at the VFW enjoying Bingo or sharing quiet moments with those he cherished most.

Glen is survived by friends who adored and admired him, and a community that was enriched by his presence. The impact he made will continue to resonate in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.

Funeral Visitation will be held at Elton Black & Son Funeral Home, 1233 Union Lake Road, White Lake, MI 48386, on August 3, 2026, from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm, followed by the Funeral Service at Elton Black & Son Funeral Home, 1233 Union Lake Rd., White Lake, MI 48386, on August 3, 2026, from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm.
