Beloved wife of the late Thomas. Loving mother of Susanne Gonzalez. Proud grandmother of Helayna Hagedorn. Sister-in-law of Joann Falk. Aunt of Lynn (Keith) Mason and Laurie (Mike) Hus. Sadly, she is preceded in death by her two brothers, Heinz Falk and Harold "Schultz" Falk.
Helga was a member of St. Mark Lutheran Church. She was an avid walker and enjoyed canning, a good cup of coffee and beautiful conversations with friends and family. She will always be remembered as the "baking teacher" to her granddaughter, Helayna. Most importantly, she was a "Great Mom and Oma".
Visitation will be held from 10:00am until 12:30pm on Tuesday, February 6, 2024 at the Union Lake Chapel of the Elton Black & Son Funeral Home, 1233 Union Lake Road in White Lake. Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 12:30pm at the Funeral Home. Mrs. Gonzalez will be then be reunited with her beloved husband Thomas at Great Lakes National Cemetery at 2:00pm following the funeral service.
