Irene Irene A. Thibodeau A. Fox Thibodeau

Beloved wife of the late Gerard E. Thibodeau. Loving mother of Janice (Bernard) Masterson, Richard (Ilona), Renee (the late John) Witherup, Gregory (Barbara), Mary Jo, Michael (Susan), Ann (Steven) Ashford, Jerard (Marlene), Robert, David (Dale), Thomas (Pamela), Joseph (Regina) and Stephen (Lynda). Dear grandmother of 44 and great-grandmother of 43. The daughter of the late Edward and Eva (Richards) Fox. Irene was born in Pontiac and lived for over 70 years at her home in White Lake. Dear sister of Joseph (Judy) Fox. Preceded in death by her sisters Geraldine Frain and Mary Young and brothers Edward, Richard and Jack Fox.

Irene and her husband Gerard were founding members of St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in Union Lake where she was a member of St. Anne’s Guild.

Family will receive friends for a Visitation on Sunday, August 21, 2011 at the Elton Black and Son Funeral Home, 1233 Union Lake Road in White Lake from 4:00 pm until 9:00 pm with a Rosary Service at 7:00 pm

A Funeral Mass will be held Monday, August 22, 2011 at Saint Patrick’s Catholic Church, 9086 Hutchins Road in White Lake. The family will receive friends beginning at 10:00 am at the church until the time of service at 11:00 am.
