Jane Elizabeth Hochstein

Beloved wife of Ted for 71 years. Loving mother of Deborah (Mark) Winkel, Kenneth (the late Loretta) Hochstein, Carol Hochstein, Robert Hochstein, Mark (Laura) Hochstein, Donald (Jena) Hochstein and Catherine (Troy) Stus. She is also the proud grandmother of 17 grandchildren and 26 great grandchildren. Sadly she is preceded in death by her two brothers, Richard and Raymond Erickson.

Jane was a long time bookkeeper for the family bowling centers. In her younger years she was a cub scout leader and a former member at St. Alphonsus Catholic Church in Dearborn where she was a secretary and member of the Rosary Altar Society. In addition to St. Alphonsus Catholic Church she was also a 32 year member at St. Patrick Catholic Church in White Lake. In her spare time she enjoyed tennis, bowling and golf. She will be very much missed by all.

The family will receive guests on Sunday, July 20, 2025 from 3:00 pm until 7:00 pm at the Union Lake Chapel of the Elton Black & Son Funeral Home, 1233 Union Lake Road in White Lake with a Rosary Service at 4:00 pm. A Funeral Mass will be held at 11:00 am on Monday, July 21, 2025 at St. Patrick Catholic Church, 9086 Hutchins Road in White Lake with visitation at church from 10:00 am until the time of the mass at 11:00 am.
