Jane "Jean" Kastler

Jane K. Kastler, age 75, of White Lake, passed away Saturday, March 1, 2014. Beloved wife of the late Thomas G. Kastler for 52 years. Loving mother of George, Thomas, Edward, Donald, Mark and Heidi (Mark) Yost. Proud grandmother of five and great-grandmother of two. Dear sister of Robert (Cheryl) Miller of Whitburn, Scotland. Jane was preceded in death by her parents, Elizabeth and George Miller of Whitburn, Scotland, and her siblings Margaret (Willie) Gillogley and Charles Miller, both of Whitburn, Scotland. Jane loved volunteering at St. Patrick Parish, gardening, knitting and spending time with her GFS family. Visitation will be held Wednesday, March 5, 2014 from 2:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at the Union Lake Chapel of the Elton Black & Son Funeral Home, 1233 Union Lake Rd., White Lake. Funeral Mass will be held Thursday, March 6, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. (In State 10:00 a.m.) at St. Patrick Parish, 9086 Hutchins Rd, White Lake. Interment will be in Great Lakes National Cemetery, Holly, MI. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Christian Services for St. Patrick Parish.
