Joseph G. Williams

Joe was born September 10, 1958 in Detroit, Michigan. He was a lifelong resident of Garden City, Michigan until recently when he moved to Byron, Michigan to enjoy the country living with his girlfriend Sue. He worked as a construction foreman at Rocwall. Joe worked in the poured concrete industry for 30+ years. In his free time he loved to build and design, garden, hunt, fish, boat and snowmobile. He loved baseball and was an avid Red Wings fan.

Loving father of Jessica (Ryan) McClure and step-father of Janette Leonard and Karl Murray-Hughs. Cherished son of Betty Williams. Dear brother of Laurie Williams. Proud grandfather of Knole and Marissa. He will be missed by several nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.

Joseph was preceded in passing by his wife, Patricia Murray-Williams; father, Fred Williams; brothers, Jerome and Jeffery Williams; sister, Robin DeJack; grandparents; and many aunts and uncles.

Memorial Visitation will be held Sunday, April 9, 2017 from 12:00pm until the time of the Memorial Service at 4:00pm at the Union Lake Chapel of the Elton Black & Son Funeral Home, 1233 Union Lake Road, White Lake. Share a memory at www.eltonblackandsonwhitelake.com
