Kathleen Margaret Mayes

Loving mother of Rachel (Julie) Mayes and Sandra (Bill) Miracle. Proud grandmother of Samantha (Jason) Kliemann, Jacob Grace, Valerie Miracle, Hope Grace and Alex (Hadley) Brooks. Treasured "Gigi" of Xander Kliemann, Ava Kliemann and Blair Brooks. Sister of Christine Colon, Kevin (Theresa) Hicks, Marcia Hicks and the late P-nut "Calvin" Hicks.

Kathleen was born in Detroit, Michigan to Calvin and Sally (Doran) Hicks. She worked in robotics at L & L Products for many years. To her close friends and family she was known as the "Queen" and "Super Gigi". In her spare time she enjoyed drawing, gardening and singing. Kathleen was a talented artist and could play a variety of different instruments. She was a cat lover and held a special place in her heart for her two cats, "Boyfriend" and "Baby Girl". One of her fondest memories was participating in the 4H FBI money laundering bust, where she had the opportunity to share her talent as an actor and entertainer. She will be very much missed by all.

There will be a Memorial Service on June 8, 2025 between 2:00 pm and 6:00 pm at 1205 Union Lake Road in White Lake. Light refreshments and finger food will be served.
