

Born on February 27, 1972, in Royal Oak, Michigan, to Philip and Jane Kress, Kelly will be remembered for her kind heart, warm smile, and the love she shared with those around her.
Kelly spent many years working as a cashier, where she formed countless friendships and touched the lives of many people through her kindness and genuine care for others. She had a gift for making people feel welcome and valued, and her impact extended far beyond the workplace.
She enjoyed watching crime shows and looked forward to seasonal movies throughout the year. She was also a devoted animal lover whose dogs brought her comfort, companionship, and happiness.
Above all else, Kelly’s greatest joy in life was her children. They were the center of her world and the source of her greatest pride. She loved them unconditionally and always put their needs before her own. Her strength, encouragement, and unwavering support shaped their lives and will continue to guide them in the years ahead.
Kelly will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Her legacy of kindness, compassion, and love will live on in the hearts of those she touched.
She is survived by her son, Kevin Shelby, and her daughter, Ashlyn Daniels.
