Mark Edwin Madison

September 5, 1958June 4, 2021

Mark E. Madison of White Lake, passed away June 4, 2021 at 62 years of age.

Loving husband of Debbie. Proud father of Matt Madison of White Lake. Son of Bertha Madison (nee Pixley) of Highland Park and the late Rev. George Madison. Brother of Paula Madison of Highland Park, Martha (Ron Willoughby) Madison of Hazel Park and Steve (Becky) Madison of Fort Wayne, Indiana. Uncle of Daniel Madison of Fort Wayne, Indiana.

Mark worked for Chrysler for 35 years. His proudest achievement was the birth of his son, Matt. He was a very proud father, a loving husband and very kind hearted man. He talked to everyone and made friends with everyone. Mark "loved to laugh". He will be very much missed by all.

Saturday, July 10th is Mark’s Celebration of Life. It will be held at the Richardson Senior Community Center in Commerce Township. A brief religious ceremony will begin at 11am for Mom Madison followed by a celebration of Mark’s life. A box lunch with beverages will follow.

I ask that friends & family share a memory of Mark. If you do not want to talk, please write (neatly) or type your memory as there will be a designated reader. Please message me via messenger or via phone/text at 248-229-5050 to RSVP no later than June 30th. I need to give the venue a final count on July 1st.

I hope to see many family & friends to celebrate the awesome person I have the honor to call my husband!!

With heartfelt sympathy and prayers to Mark’s wife Debbie, son Matt and family.
I worked with Matt at Chrysler and knew him as a nice, happy and kind person. Always happy and positive!
This is just so hard to believe.

Praying for comfort in your loss, strength when the days are long and God’s faithful love to bring peace to your hearts.

I have fond memories of hanging out in the front hallway of HPHS with Mark and Martha. We shared many laughs and good times. I will always remember his humor and wit.

Prayers to the Madison Family.

Mark had a contagious smile. One day I was walking down the hall at HPHS upset about a dance step. Mark said hi Krystal what’s wrong, then he said you’re going to be ok and flashed that smile and I felt better. Rest well....

I knew Mark from work and still have a hard time believing he is no longer with us. Mark was fun and full of life and always stopped into my pod to say Hi or catch up on things. We live close to each other so I would run into him getting gas in the mornings before our drive to Center Line - I would also see him on the highway sometimes. May he rest in peace and he will be missed by so many. My condolences to his family.
