Marvin "Butch" LaTour

Butch was a hardworking masonry and a very devoted stepdad. His charismatic and larger than life personality made him popular amongst family and friends. He always took pride in his work – especially when it came to cooking.

Butch is survived by his mother Debbie (the late Marvin Sr.) LaTour, his brother John LaTour, Aunts; Sandy (the late John) Zarb, Jackie (Rich) Rannow, Jennifer (Rick) Morley, Uncle Jeff (Merchi) Folk and many cousins and friends. He will be missed dearly by his girlfriend Melissa Coleman and her children.

Butch is preceded in death by his father Marvin Sr., paternal grandparents Jack and Marge LaTour, maternal grandparents John and Adeline Folk and his uncle John Zarb.

A memorial service will be held at the grave site at 11 A.M. on Monday January 6, 2025, at Oakland Hills Memorial Gardens (43300 W. Twelve Mile Road; Novi, Michigan) followed by a luncheon-Celebration of Life at 12:00 P.M. at Multi Lakes (3860 Newton Road; Commerce Twp., Michigan).
