Mary Ellen Grubb, age 88 of Waterford, passed away July 1, 2014. Loving mother of Ellen (John) Allen, Jerry (Rhonda), Elizabeth (Steve) Kurth, Bill (Jan), and the late Michael; grandmother of 7 and great-grandmother of 8, sister of Patty Manion and the late Jean Piper. Mary Ellen was a graduate of St. Frederick High School in Pontiac. She enjoyed bowling, once bowling a perfect 300 game, She retired from Michigan Mutual and attended St. Perpetua and St. Benedict Church. The funeral mass will be held at 11:00 am (In state at 10am-11am) on Monday, July 7, 2014 at St. Perpetua Church, 134 Airport Rd., Waterford. Memorial donations may be made to St. Perpetua Church.
