I was blessed in getting to know Mary in my later years in high school.  She was such a delight, and had the most wonderful laugh. It has been many years since I have been in touch with her, but have thought of her quite recently.  My heart aches at this news.

We both still have the notes we passed each other through school in shoe boxes. Friday night football games, parties and driving to school together.  Lots of late night talks about boys we had crushes on. Then there was trips to Canada and college. No matter how long it had been or how many times we moved away we always reconnected instantly.  I miss her saying, "Lor!" And giving me a big hug...We'd send birthday cards about how we valued our friendship  to each other every year and call on Christmas... she sat in a doctors office with me all day when I thought something was really wrong. .. she was only a call away...I love and miss you, Mary Jane,  P.C., Posh Spice Love always, Cookie, P.J., Baby Spice xoxo
