Matthew Scott Armour of Chicago, IL, originally from Fenton, MI, passed away tragically May 2, 2023 at 32 years of age.
Loving son of Norman and Brenda Armour. Brother and best friend of Jonathon (Caitlin) and Mary (Michael) Quinn. Uncle of Jackson Armour. Proud grandson of Carl and Darlene Youngquist. Nephew of Beth Manning, David Armour, Justine McCauley, Amy Youngquist, Darren (April) Youngquist.
Matthew touched countless lives and impacted many hearts. One of his greatest joys was being Jackson’s uncle and spending time with him, whether wrestling on the floor or spoiling him with gifts. Family relationships were the most important to him. Matthew loved to be outdoors, was a video game enthusiast, and liked to dress to impress. He was quick to master anything from sports to craftsmanship to managing a small business.
His family will welcome visitors at the Elton Black & Son Funeral Home at 1233 Union Lake Road, White Lake, MI from 1-3PM on Tuesday May 9, 2023. There will be a memorial service at 3:00pm.
An additional memorial will be held at the Peckish Pig Restaurant in Evanston IL, from 1-4PM at 623 Howard St. on Monday May 15, 2023.
