Orville David Borg

Orville David Borg, passed away on November 14, 2025, at the age of 61. Born on December 8, 1963, Orville was a resident of White Lake, Michigan. Known to many as Orv, he was an adventurous and generous individual who touched the lives of all who knew him.

Orv was the beloved father of Shelby Borg and Matthew Borg and a proud grandfather to Fisher. He was the cherished son of Emily and the late Paul Borg and the brother of Michael and the late Raymond Borg. Orv was also a dear uncle to Angela Garner.

As a local florist, he was the former owner of All Occasion Flowers and Flowers of the Lakes. He was a dedicated member of St. Patrick Catholic Church and a member of the Knights of Columbus.

Orv treated everyone he met like family and would always go out of his way to help. His kind heart and everlasting faith will be missed by all who knew him.

The family will receive friends on Friday, December 5, 2025 from 2:00 pm until 8:00 pm at the Union Lake Chapel of the Elton Black & Son Funeral Home, 1233 Union Lake Road in White Lake. There will be a Rosary Service at 6:00 pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, December 6, 2025 at 11:00 am at St. Patrick Catholic Church, 9086 Hutchins in White Lake with visitation at the church from 10:00 am until 11:00 am. Interment will follow at All Saints Cemetery in Waterford, Michigan.
