Robert Calvin Piasecki

Beloved husband of the late Joyce. Loving father of Suzette (Mike) Riddle and Craig (Laurie) Piasecki. Proud grandfather of Matthew, Aaron, Adam, Philip, Nathan and Rachel. Treasured great grandfather of Jaxon, Molly, Anna, Ander, Norah, Stephen, Katie, Eloise, Avalyn and Eden. He is also survived by one brother, Tom (Jetty) Piasecki.

Mr. Piasecki was a Korean War Army Veteran who proudly served our country. He was also a faithful member of The River Church in Waterford, Michigan. In his spare time he enjoyed gospel concerts and each day you could find him sipping a hot cup of coffee and having lunch while watching airplanes fly in and out at the Oakland Pontiac Airport. He was vibrant and adventurous and at the age of 95 he took a solo trip and drove himself to Niagara Falls for a relaxing weekend. Robert enjoyed the simple things in life and will be very much missed by all.

We would love people to join us for a Celebration of Life Service Sunday, January 4, 2026 at The River Church, 3411 Airport Road in Waterford, MI 48329. The family will receive guests at 2pm and the service will begin at 2:30pm. In the spring, Robert will be reunited with his beloved Joyce at Great Lakes National Cemetery in Holly, Michigan.
