Thomas G. Kastler, age 85 of White Lake, passed away Thursday, October 17, 2013. Beloved husband of Jane, loving father of Thomas, George, Edward, Donald, Mark, Heidi (Mark) Yost; proud grandfather of 5 and great-grandfather of 2, brother of Frank, Joseph, Larry and Gloria Brinker. Thomas was retired from Med-Kas Hydraulics, Inc.,in Troy. He was a Korean War Veteran. The funeral mass will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. (In state at 10 a.m.) on Monday, October 21, 2013 at St. Patrick Church, 9086 Hutchins Rd., White Lake. Visitation will be on Sunday from 2-7 p.m. at the Union Lake Chapel of the Elton Black and Son Funeral Home, 1233 Union Lake Rd., White Lake. Interment will be in Great Lakes National Cemetery, Holly, MI. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Christian Services for St. Patrick Church.
