Bohn, Barbara Ruth, age 81, retired clerk for USD 259, passed away Friday, May 1, 2015. Barbara was born June 17, 1933, in Wichita, the daughter of Lloyd W. and Luella E. (Comstock) Macy. On July 13, 1952, she married Clifford H. Bohn in Wichita. Barbara was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Don Macy; and sister, Lois Prichard. Survivors include: husband of 62 years, Cliff, of the home; children, Steve (Tawnya) Bohn, Edmond, OK, Kathy (Mark) Peavey, Diane (Greg) Dixon, all of Wichita; brother, Lloyd (Ann) Macy, Starke, FL; sister, Joan (Garland) Bohn, Columbus, KS; 10 grandchildren; and 5 great grandchildren. Visitation will be 5 to 7 p.m. Monday; funeral service 1 p.m. Tuesday, both at Hillside Funeral Home, 2929 W. 13th Street. A memorial has been established with the American Heart Association, 8630 E. 32nd Court, Wichita, KS 67226.
