Charles L “Bud” Mercer, 87 passed away on June 6, 2013. He was born in Cunningham, KS to Charles and Merl Mercer. Charles was a toolmaker in aircraft for many years. In 1950 he married Virginia Gleason. He is survived by his wife Virginia Gleason, sons, Matthew (Gayle) Mercer, Mark Mercer, daughter, Melissa (Ray) Gammon, brother, Darwin (Sharon) Mercer, sister, Dorene Mercer, 5 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren. Memorial Service 2:00p.m. July 6, 2013 at Hillside Funeral Home West.
