She graduated from North High in 1949 and retired from Union National Bank after 27 years of loyal service.
She was preceded in death by her husband of almost 74 years, George W. Naylor Jr. in 2024. She was also preceded by her parents, brothers Eugene (Linday) Pearson, Bobby (Dorothy) Pearson, Charles (Olivia) Pearson and one sister Shirley (Bill) Naill and her great-great-grandson, Dallas Carrillo.
She is survived by her children, George III (Janice) and Michelle (Frank) Mowdy; four grandchildren, Sean (Steph) and Luke (Kari) Naylor, Carmen (Mowdy) Zuniga and Chad (Angela) Mowdy; ten great-grandchildren, Braden (Karlee) Mowdy, Hanna (Daniel) Carrillo, Alayna (Brayden) Stephson and Breanna Mowdy, Macie, Riley, Emily and Logan Naylor and Leila Zotinca and Beckett Zuniga; two great-great-grandsons, Asher and Bennett Mowdy. She was looking forward to the birth of her third great-great-grandson, and her first great-great-granddaughter, She is also survived by her dear friend and "chauffeur" Margaret Brown as well as many other church friends.
She was a long time member of Pleasant Valley United Methodist Church.
