Connie M. Pauler (McHenry) went to be with her Lord on Tuesday, November 25, 2025, at the age of 90, with her loving family by her side. Born on July 1, 1935, in Wichita, Kansas, Connie remained a devoted native of her hometown throughout her life. Her heart always belonged to Wichita, especially during the Wichita River Festival, where she and her family would embark on numerous medallion hunts, attend parades, and other activities.
Connie dedicated her professional life as a bookkeeper, serving various radio stations before retiring from Venture House. Beyond her career, she passionately engaged with her community, volunteering at Botanica and an active participant in her church.
Connie's legacy lives on through her daughters, Pam (Steve) of Colorado, and Donna (Kevin) of Wichita, along with her six grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. She now joins her parents, Walter and Esther, her sister Marilyn, her beloved husband Don, and her son Alan (Mercy) and several grand and great children in eternal rest.
A memorial service to celebrate Connie's life will be held on Tuesday, December 9, at 10 AM at Northridge Friends Church, located at 2655 N Bullinger St, Wichita, KS 67204
In lieu of flowers, the family would like to honor her love for Northridge Friends Church through a memorial fund for building renovations. Contributions can be directed to the church.
