Obituary of Dorothy L. Hodges
Dorothy Leona Hodges, 86, passed away on March 12, 2023 at her home in Wichita, Kansas. She was a retired Transportation and Lead Coordinator for Boeing Aircraft. Born on April 19, 1936 in Bartlesville, Oklahoma to James R. Cook and Nova Leatha Williams. Preceded in death by her parents, her husband, James Gilbert Hodges and her daughter, Tammara Joy Hodges. Survived by her son: Karl (Trena) Hodges; grandsons: Jason (Rachelle) Scharnhorst, Shane (Christina) Hodges, Jared Hodges, Chad (Hannah) Ahlers and Corey Ahlers and 5 great-grandchildren. Visitation: 10:30-11:30 a.m., Saturday, March 18, 2023; Service: 11:30 a.m. Saturday, March 18, 2023, both at Sharon Baptist Church, 2221 Oliver, Wichita, KS 67218. Burial to take place at Resthaven Gardens of Memory.
