To Joyce and Family. So sorry to hear about George. Such a wonderful example on how to be a Father, Grandpa and Friend to many. Sending our thoughts and prayers during this time.

We knew George from Our Lady Of Guadalupe parish. We have wonderful memories of him. Always there to help. We will never forget how George and Joyce came up to the hospital when both our kids were very sick. They loved the coloring books that you brought them plus other items. They both are doing awesome now . D.J. now 33 and Amy now 31. both married and D.J has a daughter and son. We know Heaven has just received another angel. We are praying for George and his family.

I first met George in 1986 when I began working at Wescon. He became one of my favorite co-workers, my friend and a man for whom I had tremendous respect.  At his retirement party, I asked him why he was retiring on a Thursday.  He said, "I wanted to make it a long weekend!"  Hilarious!  And so, when I retired last year, I also made my last day a Thursday because of George.

George was like a 2nd Father to me, I have the pleasure of meeting him in 1972, when as a young child, I would come over to play with David (my Best Man and Best Friend). Our Prayers go out to all those who know the loss of this Gentle Giant. "Move over Angeles and make room for this Wonderful Man"...

I worked with George for 8 years at Wescon. That was 32 years ago.  At the time he was a lead in the wire forming department.  Loved it when he would tell us "spread out, on grenade would get you all".  He was proud of his service in Korea and I really respected that.  God bless the Kester family.

(George) Uncle Roy was a fun to be around Uncle.  I am so proud to be a part of the family.  I cannot think of anything negative, that's because he was good to us kids.  I was honored to be one of the speakers at Roy and Joyce's 50th Anniversary.  RIP and Joyce, I will always be here for you. Love all of you guys!

  George will be truly missed by so many. He was a amazing man, husband, father, grandpa, great grandpa, and a amazing father in law to my sister Kylee. Thank you for welcoming my little sister in to your family and showing her so much love. My thoughts and prayers are with your family at this difficult time.

I met George over 30 years ago when I was just a teenager. He was such an ornery guy, always had a grin on his face that made you wonder what he was up to. He and Joyce welcome me into their home on many occasions as if I were a member of the family. I will remember him fondly. Rest In Eternal Peace, George. Grandpa, you will be missed so so much by all of us grandkids and all of the family. We love you so much grandpa. You showed me the true meaning of real love from a grandpa.
