Siler, Kenneth Vaughn, 82, passed away Dec. 13 2011. He was one of four children born to Vaughn and Cleta Siler. Kenneth graduated from East High and went into the Air Force in California. Upon returning to Wichita, he went to college and worked at Koch Engineering 34 years. He married Dolorres Dowell and had four children, 10 grandchildren, and 5 great grandchildren and was loved by all. Visitation will be 11 a.m. Fri., Dec 16 to service time at 1:00 p.m., both at Hillside West, 2929 W. 13th St. North. Interment will follow at Resthaven. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
