You were my friend, my supervisor, my brother,
Tricks of the trade you taught me will never be forgotten.
Working together day in day out, trying out eachothers smoked bbq creations, or just long talks after work about life, i will miss for many yrs to come, yet i will reflect on with very fond memories and smiles the rest of my life.
I even started a new term at work, when i have to fix spare parts with spare parts its now call a Kurtifed fix.
My wife Dena and I love you, you were family, rest well my brother.

The love you have shown Jesse and I can't put to words how much it meant to the both of us! You had such a beautiful soul, amazing person inside and out!! If it wasn't for you our wedding wouldn't of been so memorable! Taking the time to have the moments with Jesse before hand stepping up to be Jesse's father figure, meant so very much to the both of us!
You meant the word to us!! You will forever be in our hearts, but never forgotten! You are our family and always will be!! We love you!!!

Grew up spending many hours playing basketball with Kurt at Woodland and Marshall. Genuinely kind human being with quiet words of wisdom. I was much younger but he never hesitated to get a game going or pick me for his team. Prayers to his family. Sorry for your loss he was a solid guy.

I knew Kurt from Marshall Junior High, and church. We used to go get him from his Grandmas across the street. I remember one time at school, we were giving a presentation on curling hair, but we didn’t have a model, so Kurt happily volunteered! He let us curl his hair with a curling iron, in front of the whole class, and smiled the whole time! I don’t remember a time that I saw him NOT smiling! I prayer for his family, that you will remember his bright smile and his big heart. God bless.
