Margaret... I met her in 1974 while working at Sta-Krisp in Wichita, KS. I met her son James (Jim) Dale McLain there as well. After dating him a period of time, I then became pregnant with our daughter, Dawn Marie McLain.

Margaret was Dawns Grandma, whom Dawn has grown to love, admire and treasure through the years. Margaret was a wonderful Grandma. A strong willed little lady. I believe my daughter definitely has her Grandmas blood running through her! For that I have been blessed to have had her in Dawns life.

Margaret has a Great Grandson named Jesse Lee Redford, Dawns son. He had the opportunity to meet her and spoke with her on the phone during Dawn and Margaret's calls. He was tickled to get to know her through his 4 years. He is heart broke to learn he will have to wait to meet and talk to Great Grandma McLain again in Heaven. She was a great, Grandma to him as well!

May the family find peace within our great God above. May he bring you comfort and love, knowing she is with Him. She will greatly be missed.
