Margaret E. Wimber

Wimber, Margaret E., age 94, went home to our Lord on Tuesday, December 22, 2015. The daughter of Ralph and Charlotte Dodds, Margaret will be meeting her true love Bill in heaven along with son, Mikey; daughter, Jan; and her three wonderful sisters, Mildred, Patricia, and Jean. Margaret was blessed with three other daughters, Beth, Shelley, and Cindy. Her blessings continued with sons-in-law, Gary, Jim, and Robby; grandchildren, Tim, Angie, Gina, and Ryan; great grandchildren, Vanessa, Tim, Cody, and Alexis; and great-great grandchildren, Cadence, Dahlia, Aaron, and Antonio. Margaret and Bill were married July 16, 1944. She co-owned and operated a children's clothing store with her sister in her earlier years and later became an x-ray technician at St. Joseph Hospital in Wichita. As Margaret moved through the lives of others her light and joy was a blessing and comfort to all who knew her. The world is a little less bright after her passing. Visitation 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday, at Hillside Funeral Home, 2929 W. 13th Street; recitation of the rosary 7 p.m. Sunday, at Christ the King; funeral mass 10:30 a.m. Monday, at Christ the King.
