Paul S Willard., 88, passed away March 1, 2013. He was born November 30, 1924 in Carthage, MO to Miller and Bertha (Spear) Willard. He served in World II in the United States Navy. On September 17, 1950 he married Ella Schoenhals Paul worked in oil refining for 34 years, retiring from Coastal Refining as a pumper. He is preceded in death by his parents; 2brothers. Survivors include wife of 62 years Ella Willard, brother Kermit (Edith) Willard, many nieces and nephews. Graveside service will be held 1p.m. Tuesday March 5, 2013 at Resthaven Garden Memory. In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to the American Heart Association.
