Penny, We had so much fun growing up together. You made work at the Short Stop fun. Your sense of humor was the best; we would laugh and laugh at the silliest things. We had a lot of secret jokes and would drag main street in the Perm-mobile, your little Pacer car. Although I haven't seen you in decades, I have always treasured your friendship. When I found you on Facebook, I was so happy to reconnect with you and see that your sense of humor was still there in full force. It was a shock when I heard you passed away. I will pray for your family. Enjoy your reward in heaven! Say hi to my dad for me!

Penny and my daughter met while the boys and my grandkids went to elementary school together. Through the years the friendship grew. Never was there a more compassionte and caring friend. Now Penny and my daughter are now in heaven having a chili cook off. Penny, you will missed.

All my memories of my Rarick cousins are happy. We used to visit during the summers and Jimmy and his friends would torture us like big brothers we didn’t have. Penny would take us places in her car and Tammy would entertain us with stories of marrying Michael Jackson. Then, we would play hide & seek until dark and sit up all night in the basement whispering and listening to music. I love you Penny and Jimmy. You made my summers perfect.❤️❤️

Penny was a great person I loved her very much, I am so sad she is gone, I remember the good times we shared as our boys were growing up , we lived right next door and she was always up for a visit, she listened well and was so sweet but yet funny she always knew how to make me laugh, going to miss her so much! My heart goes out to her family Cleveland, Adrian, Evan and Owan. May God comfort them as they grieve, sending prayers up!
