Philip Dechard Nielsen Sr.

Above all else, Philip was devoted to his family. He is survived by his loving wife, Evelyn Nielsen; his children, Philip A. Nielsen, Joshua B. Nielsen, and Valerie E. Nielsen; along with many relatives, friends, and loved ones whose lives were enriched by his presence.
