

Ronnie Anderson, 83, passed in his sleep into the loving arms of his Savior, Jesus, on March 13, 2026. He was born in Wichita Kansas on September 13, 1942 to Junior Harvey and Etta Katherine (Bevel) Anderson.
Ronnie enjoyed fishing with his brother, working on cars, and spending time with his siblings traveling in his youth. He graduated from Wichita West High School in 1961. He served in the National Guard and went to drafting school. In May of 1965, he married Suzanne (Reddy) Anderson.
Ronnie worked in the aircraft industry in Wichita, Kansas and retired from Boeing Aircraft as a machinist. After retirement, he and Suzanne owned an antique shop in Kechi, Kansas.
Ronnie was a man who loved his family and was a proud father, grandfather and great-grandfather. Ronnie was his sons biggest fans for football and wrestling. He also enjoyed coaching little league baseball for several years. Ronnie was an avid coin collector and and enjoyed selling and trading items at local flea markets. Ronnie and Suzanne also enjoyed a time of service at Central Community Church teaching Sunday school and a time of service at Hope Community Church in Andover, Kansas.
Ronnie is preceded in death by his mother, father, and sisters Linda Chambless and Lynna Best.
He is survived by his loving wife Suzanne (Reddy) Anderson; son Mark (Celeste) Anderson, daughter Michelle (Dan) Mueller, son Christopher Anderson; grandchildren David (Lydia) Mueller and Gabrielle (Jordan) Entz, Travis Martin, Bradley (Katlin) Martin and Molly Martin; 6 great-grand children; siblings Larry (Cindy) Anderson and SueLynn (Ring) Kirkpatrick; and many loving extended family members and friends.
Celebration of Life service will be held on Friday, April 24 at Noon in Kardatzke Chapel at Central Community Church, 6100 W. Maple, Wichita, Kansas. Immediately following the church service, Ronnie’s ashes will be laid to rest at Kechi Cemetery in Kechi, Kansas.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you donate to an organization or church of your choosing in memory of Ronnie’s generosity and faithfulness to others.
