Rosalie M. Hinkle

Rosalie M. Hinkle, age 90, of Wichita, Kansas passed away on Wednesday, January 1, 2025. She was born on May 22, 1934 in Mooreland, Oklahoma to Lawrence "Shorty" E. and Mildred Mary (Nelson) Soupene. On December 6, 1951 she was married to Francis W. Hinkle in Mooreland, Oklahoma. He passed away on April 5, 2014. Preceded in death by her parents, her siblings: Ravone Griffin, Burke Soupene, Marilyn Soupene. She is survived by her sons: Robert Hinkle, Martin (Julie) Hinkle and Roger (Tara) Hinkle; grandchildren: Robyn Taylor, Cory (Lexi) Hinkle, Ava Hinkle; great-grandchildren: Anzley Taylor, Leighton Gallimore and Atticus Hinkle; her sisters: Wanda Shutt and Karen (Bill) Clark; numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation: 10 a.m. to 12 noon on Tuesday, January 14, 2025. Celebration of Life will be held at 12 Noon on Tuesday, January 14, 2025 both at Hillside Funeral Home West, 2929 W. 13th St. N Wichita, Kansas 67203.
