Hall, Rose (Chiyoko Kuramochi), retired seamstress for Brick's Menswear of Douglas St., Wichita, passed away Jan. 25, 2015. Born in Hitachi-shi, Ibaraki, Japan, Feb. 3, 1926. Preceded in death by husband, Otis Hall Jr., Ret. MSgt, U.S. Army. Survivors: daughter, Barbara (Greg) Gourley; sister, Yoshie Seki of Tokoyo, Japan; grandchildren, Emilee (Ashley) Moss, Mitchell Gourley, Rochelle (Jordan) Freed, Nicole (Jake) Avis, Samantha (Chris Salazar) Gourley; 10 great-grandchildren. Rose was active in both the Holyrood, KS and Wichita chapters of the Red Hat Society. Rose enjoyed traveling, bingo and spending time with her family, especially playing Phase 10 with her granddaughters, with an occasional margarita. A Celebration of Life will be announced at a later date.
