Shirley Alida (Farris) Neil, 74, went to be with the Lord September 24, 2017. She is survived by her loving husband of 50 years David, brother, Ron Farris and her children; Patricia Mercado, Janet Neil, Richard Neil, Michael Neil, 12 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
Shirley was a North High graduate and attended Phillips University. She was an educator of the Wichita Public School system for 28 years. She was a beloved member of First Presbyterian Church in Wichita, Kansas. Shirley served as the president of the board for Economy Corner thrift store through First Presbyterian Church. She was also a member of the Eastern Star. We will always keep your memory in our hearts.
