MATT AMOS

I’d only met your mother a few times, but I will always remember our Labor Day camping trip, where she and your pops came up and we had all the kids around, you and I had been checking out some spots. We come back and there’s Mrs Sears sitting on the porch of that old cabin, taking the kids’ food orders and making sandwiches for everyone. It brought me back to a simpler time and is one memory I’ll never forget. She also raised a dang good son, whose character and ethics will ensure her memory lives on in those whom you have impacted, including myself. Our prayers are with you all in this difficult time.

My heart is so sad. I met her years ago and she was exactly as you have described. I knew she was an amazing woman because I knew her son and daughter.
