Marjorie P. Valentine, Ph. D., 82, of Winnetka Il passed away March 14, 2011; beloved wife of Andrew; loving mother of Jim, Atlee and Sarah; cherished grandmother of Jack, Beth, Andrew and Charlotte. A life devoted to quitely helping those in need. She served on many community boards bringing her group dynamic skills to bear. She touched many people and will be greatly missed. Services will be held at Christ Church, 784 Sheridan Road, Winnetka Saturday at 3pm. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Family Institute ( www.family-institute.org) in her memory preferred.
